Janon practiced law with her father for three years and then took a position as an appellate lawyer with the Illinois Attorney General in Chicago. Lisa worked for the federal judge in Rockford for three years and then joined her father and brother Tom in the practice of law. Lisa and Tom represented persons who had suffered serious personal injuries that were caused by another's careless behavior.
